Gilbert Garcin at Arden & Anstruther Gallery

Our favourite photography gallery, Arden & Anstruther are exhibiting the self-portraits of Gilbert Garcin for the next six weeks, and are opening everyday throughout the Petworth Festival (7-21 June). Garcin's images are wonderfully surreal and for me, there is something very Dada about them - I just love them. It is definitely worth a visit.

Petworth is a little market village in West Sussex, very pretty and a lovely drive out into the countryside. It has a 2 week arts, music & theatre festival every year.

Arden & Anstruther Photography Gallery is a New York-style photography gallery owned by the late Saatchi & Saatchi advertising legend, Paul Arden and now run by his wife Toni. This is the gallery that has the Norman Parkinson photograph of the girl in the red beret - they really have a fantastic collection..
